CLEAR BEFORE WE PRINT.

Answers about terrain models, GPX files, customization, pricing, payment, production, delivery, and refunds.

A terrain model is a physical, layered representation of a mountain or trail area. Depending on the product, it may include a route line, mountain name, trail name, elevation, hike date, or custom text.

The terrain is based on available elevation and route data. Small prints may simplify fine details so the final product remains clear and printable.

Yes. Layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D-printed products and are part of the finished texture.

Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, filament batches, and material availability.

Available sizes are shown on each product page. Initial terrain sizes are generally around 4 cm, 5 cm, and 6 cm, depending on the design.

Not always. We may use public route data when it is available and reliable.

A GPX file is recommended when you want your exact personal route, the trail is uncommon, several route variations exist, or public route data is incomplete.

Submit the mountain and trail name first. We will review the available data and tell you whether a GPX file is needed.

Not automatically. We first check the available terrain data, route quality, print detail, and overall feasibility.

A preview may be sent for new terrain models, custom routes, personalized plates, fully custom keychains, and bulk designs.

One reasonable preview revision may be included. Major redesigns or additional revisions may require an added fee, which will be confirmed before continuing.

The total may include the base product, size upgrades, terrain or route preparation, personalization, custom design work, revisions, and delivery.

Delivery fees are quoted manually based on the destination, courier, package size, and available delivery options.

Wait for the confirmed final total when delivery or custom pricing is still pending. Full payment is required before custom modeling begins.

Available methods may include GCash, Maya, MariBank, and bank transfer. Current payment instructions are shown after order review.

Send the payment screenshot through the messaging channel listed in your order instructions. Payment is considered complete only after manual verification.

Ready-made terrain designs usually take 1-2 business days. Custom terrain models and keychains usually take 2-3 business days. Bulk orders generally start at 3-5 business days. These are estimates. Timing may change based on complexity, revisions, material availability, order volume, and printer capacity.
